Welcome everyone :) Things may be a little slow at the moment as I am in my last few months of school so I am swamped with work and exams but if you had time to leave a comment it would make my day!

"Tell us about one of your posts from this week and give us a link so we can read it (review or otherwise)!"

Why don't you check out my Perfect Chemistry review, my favourite book of the year so far? Or you could join in my discussion about Book Budgets and tell me whether you are a saver or a splurger. You might as well go and enter my international 100 follower giveaway :)

What is your favorite romance-hero type? Stereotype wise. Do you like the strong silent type or the brute macho man?

hmm. I like brooding type. Obviously they must open up later on but to start, I love that mystery. I like myself a bad boy too ;) . This is a very tricky question. I refuse to choose. They both work in different novels.

Have a fabulous Friday book lovers!

"What are you reading now and why are you reading it?"

I am reading The Sky Is Everywhere at the moment. I have read some really good reviews on it and thought I would try it. I also find it interesting to see how writers portray grief. It is a nice break from a lot of  paranormal at the moment.

What is the book you are currently 'pushing'? (Pushing mean trying to get people to read it)

Ooh. I actually haven't been 'pushing' any books at the moment. The last book I REALLY loved was  Fallen by Lauren Kate. I should probably push that a little bit more!

I'd just like to add one thing: Thank God It's Friday!!!

"What book are you most looking forward to seeing published in 2011?  Why are you anticipating that book?"

What is/was your favorite subject in school?

hm. This is tricky. I really love maths. We get on so well. If I am good to maths, then maths is good to me. It involves a lot of work though. I love the satisfaction when you finally understand something. That eureka moment. It is magical. I don't think I could do 8 hours of maths a week and not love it.

What makes up your nonhuman family?

The pet I have is a fish. It is pitiful. I love animals. I really want a cat or a dog but my sister is allergic to the former and my dad is terrified of the latter.  I'd share a picture of my goldfish but you all know what they look like. Pretty similar. It ate one of its fish friends once too. Great pet.

"Why do you read the genre that you do?  What draws you to it?"

I love YA books because I am a teenager at the moment and I find having the protagonist the same age as me means they are easier to relate to. Teenagers are really interesting to hear thoughts about because they are ending one stage or their life and beginning another. They are fighting for independence, experiencing first love and discovering who they really are. I love being involved the in the journey they take. It doesn't hurt that the covers are are generally gorgeous.
